Lee Dental Lab

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 27, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Lee Dental Laboratory (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when dental professionals use our website and online ordering system.

2. Information we collect

We collect the account information you provide — such as your name, practice name, email, phone, and practice address. When you place an order we collect case details, which are limited to patient initials only; we ask that you do not submit full patient names, dates of birth, or insurance information. We also collect order and payment records.

3. Payment information

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we retain only limited records such as the amount, date, and a payment reference needed to manage your order.

4. How we use information

We use your information to create and manage your account, process and produce your orders, communicate order status, provide support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Service providers

We share information only with the providers that help us run the service — including our hosting provider, our database and authentication provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and our email provider — and only as needed to deliver the service.

6. Data security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls so that each account can see only its own orders. Administrative access is restricted to authorized lab staff.

7. Data retention

We keep account and order records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and warranty obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us, subject to records we are required to retain.

8. Your choices

You can review and update your account information at any time from your portal. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us using the details below.

9. Children's privacy

Our service is intended for dental professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this service.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.

11. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, call (410) 661-2002 or email Leedentallab098@gmail.com.
